Preordering Procedure:
1. Minimum booking fee is 40% of the preorder price in rounded amount.
2. Customer then bank-in booking fee to appointed bank to confirm the preorder.
3. Once the stock become available, customer will given a notification via email / SMS with quotation.
4. Customer cleared the remaining amount, confirm the shipping address by notifying us via email/SMS, the item will be shipped on the next day.
5. Please take note any missing information will be delayed the shipment.
Ordering Procedure:
1. Send the item name/photo/picture together with details (Name, Phone, Email, Address) via email/SMS.
2. Quotation and availability will be given with postage.
3. Once customer agreed with quotation and made the payment, the item will be sent on next day (depending the stock availability).
Payment Policy:
1. For Malaysia customers, we currently only accepting bank in to our account. See 'About Me' for more details.
2. For oversea customers, the quoation will be give in USD and only accept Paypal at the moment. Oversea customers requires to top up additional charged imposed from Paypal.
3. We are looking to into more alternative payment options to bring more convinient to customers in the future.
Shipment Policy:
1. By default, we will quote 'Next Day Postage with tracking'. This will give assurance of the shipment to reach the customer.
2. Or we respect of customer's choice of shipper upon request.
3. The shipment is at customer's risk once shipped out.
4. However, we would ensure all the tracked package reached to customer's hand.
5. Report back if you think you encounter problem any issue with the shipper so we could follow up further.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) is only happened under certain circumstance (i.e. fragile items), which will advise accordingly.
7. However, COD is possible as we will notify seperately and time-to-time manner of the COD location depends the availability.
8. Please put us a note if COD is wished and can arrange the time as above.
9. Customer is possible to stock the items and shipped in one time upon instruction in order to save shipment cost. However, the payment need to pay full amount in order to perform such instruction.
10. Further arrangement on the shipment can be negotiatable seperately in the email/SMS depends the availability.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation (from customer) on preorder after booking is not encourage.
2. If insist, there will penalty by forfeiting booking fee.
3. There are some cases preorder is not delivered from our vendor due to some special case, in these case we will advise the customer to proceed the cancellation with
full refund within 2-3days. We keep our best effort to not letting this kind of situation to happen.
Return Policy
1. We will ensure the items at tip top condition before shipped out.
2. We will keep our best effort to the integrity of content and item's box.
3. For those customer with 'perfectism', please specify your requirement before your order is placed. We are happy to oblige if it is not too hash.
4. We will ensure the items at tip top condition before shipped out in a protected shipment box.
5. If the it is a factory defective, please report (SMS/email) the incident within 1-2 days after the shipment received.
6. Otherwise, the return policy will not valid even it is proved factory defective.
7. Unless it is confirmed it is a factory defective, we are happy to replace another unit for you.
8. The shipment cost will be bear by customer in this case.
Privacy Policy
1. All the personal information will treaded strictly private & confidential.
2. Our company would not resell the information to third party unless we had the customer's approval.
